Appointments can be rescheduled for any reason by the customer by logging into the center website up to 24 hours before the appointment, or by calling the Scalar Energy Wellness Center (SEWC) closer in time to the appointment. SEWC will try to accommodate any request for rescheduling an appointment as space is available in the center. A full refund will be granted for cancellations greater than 48 hours of your reservation start time by notifying SEWC. A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations less than 48-hours of your reservation start time.
