The Scalar Energy Wellness Center is set up as a Private Ministerial Association (PMA), which means that the center is not open to the public. Each individual wanting to have access to our center will need to purchase a lifetime membership for $10 each. Membership is a prerequisite to making an appointment. As a member, each individual is accepting the self-directed goal of helping their body function better and choosing techniques for themselves. Dependents will be covered under the membership of their caregiver.

Being a member allows you along with your health care provider to decide what kind of services you want to receive, including modalities often not covered by traditional medical clinics. All member records are private documents and are kept confidential.

All people coming to a wellness center are not patients or clients, they are “members” and in regard to the services offered by the Scalar Energy Wellness Center, they agree to “give up their public rights”. As a private member, individuals agree to utilize the service provided by the Scalar Energy Wellness Center, which is out of the jurisdiction of the city, state and/or federal agencies. If there is a claim or issue with the service provided by the Scalar Energy Wellness Center, a member agrees to private arbitration instead of going to the public medical boards, law enforcement, etc.

The results achieved by each member accessing the Scalar Energy Wellness Center will vary. The information and statements made are for education purposes and are not intended to replace advice of your physician. Our services are not intended to be a substitute for conventional medical services.

The Scalar Energy Wellness Center is organized as a Private Ministerial Association, which is a type of Private Membership Association (PMA). PMAs have an established history and maintain a significant and unique standing in law; they are generally immune from most, if not all, state and federal Public Laws. The exception would be if the activities of the association present a “clear and present danger of a substantial evil”. The phrase “clear and present danger of a substantial evil” can be more easily interpreted as activity that causes an immediate threat of serious harm or death.

Why are they immune from public laws? They are private, not public. The ability to form a PMA and the protections afforded by a properly formed PMA seem to be new information to many people but they are not a new concept. You have the right to assemble and to associate. That right has always been there. Private Membership Associations have been around for a very long time.

Over the past several decades and due to favorable rulings, opinions and interpretations by the Supreme Court, the law of the land has highlighted our constitutional rights to conduct business in a PMA, or private membership association. When operating under a properly formed PMA, we are operating in the private domain versus the public domain. A PMA allows the Scalar Energy Wellness Center to operate with the added protection of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and our Constitutional Rights. Members of a PMA have the right to private contract under the due process liberty clause of the 5th and 14th Amendments, and states may not pass laws that impair the obligation of a contract.

• Maintains greater privacy of your financial and business affairs associated with your membership activities.
• Operation of a health (or other type of business) association in a PMA is outside the jurisdiction and authority of federal and state government and agencies involving association activities, while still protecting your rights.

• Instead of conducting business under a legal loophole, a PMA operates under a legal exemption decided by the supreme law of the land, i.e., the Supreme Court decisions interpreting the U.S. Constitution.

Scalar fields have always existed

We suggest a minimum of 2 hours in a session because it usually takes at least a half hour for most people to be able to quiet their minds and begin to relax. How much longer and/or how frequently you should have a session depends on your level of health and what you want to accomplish.

Every person is different and can react differently as to how fast they get results. Our suggestion is to start with a two hour session and then see how it has affected you. At that point you can get an idea as to if you want a longer session next time, or more sessions at all.

If you have a specific health challenge, or a more difficult health challenge, you might want to start with a 4 hour session (two 2-hour sessions back-to-back) and see how that works for you. You may find that is enough or you might want to do daily, twice-weekly, weekly or monthly sessions.

If you have a serious condition, be aware of your condition and keep your health professional appraised of what you are doing so they can monitor your progress.

Close your eyes, calm your mind and feel the energy infusing your body with health. Then, relax, meditate, pray, or take a nap. The more relaxed and receptive you are, the more results you will get.

Detoxing is one of the fastest results from sessions and is invaluable in the process of helping your body heal itself.

Because the EESystem sessions release toxins in your system so effectively, occasionally, people may have a headache, a sore throat or be sluggish after a session. It is highly advised that everyone, regardless of symptoms, take a hot, sea salt soaking bath within 24 to 48 hours of your session. This will help pull the toxins out through your skin and clean them out of your system faster.

Do not use Epsom Salts. Dead Sea, Pink Himalayan, or Celtic Salt are good. Dead Sea salt helps with allergies and skin conditions. Pink salt eases swelling and stress. Celtic salt is anti-inflammatory and good for the brain. Regular sea salt works too.

This is a recipe recommended by Dr. Sandra Rose Michael:

2 c. dead sea salt (pulls out toxins)

2 c. aluminum free baking soda (neutralize toxins, balance pH, good for skin)

1 c. Borax (great for bones, cartilage, heavy metal detoxing)

1/2c. bentonite clay (binds to toxins so they aren’t reabsorbed by the skin)

2 tsp. ginger (helps you sweat to push out more toxins)

2 tsp. green tea powder (pulls out toxins, nourishes cells)

2 tbsp. hypercharged bath salts (available on the EE System website)

We have a limited supply of bags of the detox bath ingredients (sea salt, baking soda, borax, bentonite clay and ginger) available at the center for purchase for $15 per bag.  We ask that only one bag be purchased per person per session to allow us to try to keep up with the demand.  Payment is made at the center by cash, or a check made out to Scalar Energy Wellness Center.  All of the ingredients are readily available on the internet.

Based on prior experience, nearly every diabetic will have a drop in their blood sugar immediately, so you will need to be tested again because you will most likely have to start tapering down your insulin or oral medicine right away.

We have specific times when pets are allowed, which are currently Wednesday afternoon and evening sessions.  You can book these sessions from the “book a session” page.  Since these sessions have an extra charge for the pet, packages cannot be used to book pet sessions.  Please do not bring your pet with you to sessions that are not designated for pets since some people may have an allergic reaction.  A list of guidelines for pet sessions is given in an FAQ below.

The EESystem has been known to help most eyesight problems rather quickly. Even people with cataracts can usually get rid of the condition, though it will usually take a number if sessions. How many depends on how bad your condition is and how quickly you respond to the sessions.

Yes. The EESystem can be very helpful in speeding up post surgery healing and recovery.

No. The track record of the EESystem shows no problems with transplants and can even aid in assimilation of the transplanted organ.

No. Scalar and the associated energies generated by the EESystem are extremely beneficial to all living tissue and can only benefit you and your baby.

No, there is no minimum age. The system energies are healthy at all ages and conditions.

There can be a number of causes of migraines and the EESystem has been helpful in most cases of migraines.

Depending on the type of cancer and the severity, it may be possible. It would likely require a lot of hours over an extended period, but the only way to tell is to try it and see how she responds. Many people with cancer take on a mindset that makes it difficult to heal them.

The EESystem has a history of being able to help restore kidney function, possibly even after kidney failure.

You can reschedule your appointment for any reason by logging into the center website up to 24 hours before the appointment, or by calling the Scalar Energy Wellness Center (SEWC) closer in time to the appointment.  SEWC will try to accommodate any request for rescheduling an appointment as space is available in the center.  A full refund will be granted for cancellations greater than 48 hours of your reservation start time by notifying SEWC.  A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations less than 48-hours of your reservation start time.

In situations where individuals have significant infirmities, or for dependent children where a caregivers assistance is required, please contact us via email or call us for assistance in scheduling and pricing.

We have 4 zero gravity chairs, 7 leather recliners (one of which is a smaller size), and 4 cots in the center, allowing us to accommodate up to 15 people per session.

We are offering free sessions for anyone who is registered in our system as a veteran or first responder in appreciation for your service. The first step is to join the PMA, for a $10 lifetime membership fee, then contact us by phone or email, and let us know that you are a veteran or first responder. We will need some verification of your status, then we will change your record in our system to reflect that you are a veteran or first responder. From that point forward you will receive a 50% discount on any bookings in our system, and be able to book free sessions on the designated days.

• Well trained, clean, house broken and well-behaved pets will be allowed, during designated pet times, which at this time are two sessions on Wednesday afternoon and evening.
• Dirty pets or pets with fleas are not allowed.
• Pets must be under the control of the owner at all times; dogs must either be on a short leash, in a crate, or held during a session; cats will need to stay in their own carriers (no exceptions). Any other type of pet must be in a secure cage.
• Any pet that is aggressive towards other pets or people, or overly disruptive by barking or other difficult behavior, will be asked to leave without refund for the session.
• Any pet that soils the center will be asked to leave without refund and charged a $100 cleaning fee.
